Shortlisting

We strictly adhere to our involvement criteria:

  • Proof of investment and journey to date of concept and application

  • Founder willingness to psychological assessment and change if agreed necessary

  • Owner or founder willingness to remain in business for as long as agreed necessary

  • Potential in all sectors except: bricks & mortar retail, hospitality and property

Price, Multiples and Diligence

We discuss and consider these elements to consider your expectations. On their own they are not deal breakers. As part of our diligence, we develop realistic forecasts and future risks to partnership security.

Negotiation

If an owner, expectations seem reasonable, our Investment Committee (IC) considers our findings and make an offer subject our IC approval. If the IC approves the offer, we submit it to the owner/thinker subject to an exclusive period of deeper due diligence.

Full Due Diligence

We will invest time and money in confirming the financial, legal, tax and operational information provided by the owner and test all assumptions on asset value, performance and risks.

Agreement

Once the formal due diligence process confirms the agreed potential, we agree the investment detail with the owner and we complete the investment.
